Thundersport GB - Superteens - Round 7:
Brands Hatch
12-year-old Callum Bey from Huntly in Scotland closed the gap in the Aprilia Superteens this weekend at Brands Hatch with two wins and a second place finish to put some pressure on Championship leader Chrissy Rouse who fell in the final race (see picture) and saw his 60 point advantage disappear.
In race one, Bey was in the thick of a great battle with Rouse, Jake Dixon, Jack Keen and Callan Cooper but on the twelfth and final lap, the young Scotsman did just enough to take the win ahead of Dixon and Rouse.

For race two though, the rain came down and Newcomer Callan Cooper from Ramsey IOM raced brilliantly in the tricky conditions to take the win ahead of Dixon
Thundersport GB - Moto450 - Round 6:
Brands Hatch
In the Nitro Moto 450’s, Aprilia rider Connor Tagg took two wins and Ben Gautrey just the one as they continued to impress us with some brilliant racing in this class that's touted as the future of bike racing. Will Hodgson looked outstanding again as did James Folkard but neither rider looked quite as good as Gautrey and Tagg, who look like the title favourites with a few rounds remaining.
Danny Murphy’s bad luck seemed to return this weekend with a fifth to his name after two DNF’s but there were rapid improvements for Liam Shellcock and Acea Webb who really do look like out and out racers now on their Aprilia’s.

Gautrey and Tagg were the smoothest of the smooth however and on their day, look even a handful for the likes of Mark Lawes in the Supermono class
Thundersport GB - Superteens - Round 6:
Cadwell Park
To celebrate Darren Dixon's 50th Birthday, his son Jake put on quite a show for him at Cadwell this weekend by taking four wins from four in the Aprilia Superteen Challenge, the first rider to win all four races at any circuit this year.
Championship leader Chrissy Rouse came into the round with a 52 point lead over his former team mate Callum Bey and despite not winning a single race, his consistency and ability to settle for second when a winning opportunity arises, earned him four podiums and he left Cadwell with a 60 point advantage over Bey.

Newcomer Callum Bey has been nothing short of brilliant all season and was constantly a threat to Jake and Chrissy all weekend
Thundersport GB - Moto450 - Round 5:
Oulton Park
In the Nitro 450 class, since taking the lead of the championship, Ben Gautrey has looked full of confidence in a class that he is starting to get to grips with and a bike that looks like it suits him.
In qualifying, he was only just outdone by Danny Murphy and James Folkard, who returned to racing this weekend with the JDF Racing team on an Aprilia 450 after two years out for academic reasons.
In race one, Folkard and Murphy were involved in an incident and although it put Folkard out for the restart, Murphy had managed to get himself re-scrutineered and started from the back of the grid.

This gave a huge chance to Gautrey out front and he proceeded to fight it out with Connor Tagg for the race win which resulted in Gautrey taking yet another race win
